Joben serves as the Executive Director of Jacob’s Well, a community-focused non-profit in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. He is a firm believer in the human ability to exert positive change and is passionate about seeing people come together to be a part of that story. His own journey has taken him from his childhood in rural India to studying, travelling and working in various parts of the world. His eclectic professional experiences include stints at International Justice Mission, The Walt Disney Company, Baylor Academy for Teaching & Learning and as a non-profit consultant around the issue of human trafficking. Joben has a BA in Philosophy and a MA in Christian Ministry focused on Social Work, from Baylor University in Waco, TX. He loves living near mountains and is always on the lookout for his next adventure.
